Returning an Item
We hope you are happy with your new purchase, but if you aren’t, you can return any full price item purchased online within 30 days for a store credit. Contact must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be unused with the original tags attached. All items are inspected upon dispatch, however some may sometimes be overlooked. If your item is faulty you may return for a replacement or refund if you wish.
Our 30-day exchanges or returns are for any new, unworn and unwashed items, found in their original packaging. The shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser unless a fault has occurred with the item to which we will evaluate through our loving customer care service. Purchases made with a discount code can be returned & we will process the return by happily offering you a credit for the full amount paid for the item/s to be used online. These item/s must be new, unworn and unwashed, found in their original packaging with tags attached
